Follow the writing assistant

A first letter is written by the software. There are two possibilities:

• Choose a letter by topic,
• Build the letter sentence by sentence.

Adapt the letter to its context

An "ideas checkerboard" makes it easy to handle all text changes.

For example, you can:

• Pick a new sentence,
• Add an argument,
• Change an expression,
• Modify a noun,
• Adjust the letter tone,
• Modify the text structure,
• Choose a complimentary closing,
• Etc... See key features

Once a checkerboard item has been chosen, a dialog box opens suggesting
many choices : just pick an expression, an argument, the complimentary close...

Then, the letter is entirely rewritten by your PC.
